AP Assembly Sessions Begin
The Andhra Pradesh Assembly budget session has started with Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, coalition party members, and YSRCP leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy attending the session. Governor Abdul Nazeer addressed both houses, but YSRCP members protested, demanding opposition status. After the Governor's address, the session was adjourned until the next day.
Amaravati: The budget session of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly has commenced. On Monday morning, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, along with coalition party members, attended the session. YSRCP leader and former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, along with his party members, also participated in today’s session. The AP Governor Abdul Nazeer began his address to both houses. However, YSRCP members protested loudly, demanding the status of the opposition.
To attend the budget session, CM Chandrababu Naidu arrived at the assembly at 9:45 AM. At 9:55 AM, Governor Abdul Nazeer was given a Guard of Honor. CM Naidu welcomed the Governor. The Speaker, Council Chairman, and Chief Secretary, among others, greeted both the Governor and the CM at the assembly. When Governor Abdul Nazeer began his address to both houses, YSRCP members raised slogans, emphasizing the need to safeguard democracy and demanding the opposition status. Following the Governor’s address, the session was adjourned at 11:15 AM until tomorrow (Vaartha).
